Quang Binh: Award certificate of merit to the discoverer of Son Doong cave
(Quang Binh Website) - On March 18, in Son Trach commune, Bo Trach district (Quang Binh), Mr. Dang Phuc Due, standing deputy head of the Emulation and Reward Board of Quang Binh province awarded Certificate of Merit of the Provincial People's Committee to Mr. Ho Khanh, who discovered Son Dong cave, the world's largest cave.
Apart from receiving certificate of merit of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province, Ho Khanh is also given VND730,000.

Aside from discovering the world's largest cave, Ho Khanh also found 11 other big caves and was entitled to name these discovered caves, of which 31km-long Thien Duong (Heaven) cave, the Asian longest cave, is now opened for tourists by Truong Thinh Group.
