The meeting was attended by Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoang, Central Area Manager, Mr. Nguyen Duc Ha, Director of Plan in Quang Binh and representatives of Department of Foreign Affairs and Office of the Provincial People’s Committee.

On behalf of provincial leader, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee highly appreciated obtained results of Plan project in Quang Binh during the past the years.

Accordingly, the project has carried out in 21 communes of Le Thuy, Quang Ninh and Minh Hoa districts. In the coming time, Vice Chairman Tran Tien Dung hoped that Plan would expand its operation in Quang Binh and give a support for some projects calling for non-govermental aids of the province in the 2014-2018 period, especially projects in the operational fields of Plan.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoang, Central Area Manager said that Plan would continue support the province for some programs and projects in the coming time and expressed his hope that the province would create favorable conditions for Plan in Quang Binh to operate effectively, bringing benefits for local people.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee grants Certificate of Merit of Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee to Central Area Manager Nguyen Duc Hoang

On this occasion, Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee granted Certificate of Merit to collective of Plan in Quang Binh; Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoang, Central Area Manager and Mr. Nguyen Duc Ha, Director of Plan in Quang Binh for their great achievements in poverty reduction of Quang Binh province in the 2005-2015 period.
