THE TOURIST ATTRACTION OF HAC HAI LAGOON

1. Proiect goals and project items:

- To develop the tourist attraction of Hac Hai Lagoon to offer tourists with such services as relaxation, recreation, sightseeing, rowing, water-skiing, fishing, or exploring the exciting way of fishing of the local fishmen;

- Tourists can also participate in tours to Le Thuy, Quang Ninh districts to see historical and cultural monuments like the Tomb of Nguyen Huu Canh, the Memory House of General Vo Nguyen Giap, Long Dai Ferry, Than Dinh Mountain, etc.

- The resort is to be built in a unique style, linked to urban space, matching the surrounding landscapes and suitable for ecotourism.

2. Project location and project scale:

- Location: The Hac Hai Lagoon is located downstream Kien Giang river where the two districts, Quang Ninh (Van Ninh and Gia Ninh communes) and Le Thuy (Hong Thuy and Hoa Thuy communes) meet;

- Land use area: 250 ha.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- Minimum: VND 250 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority

- The project is valued by: the Quang Binh Department of Construction

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee.
