 Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai presided over the meeting with the Dohwa Green Energy Limited Company on investment in renewable energy project complex.

Implementing the minutes on investment cooperation between the Dohwa Engineering Corporation and the Provincial People's Committee, the Dohwa Corporation has established a foreign-invested enterprise in Quang Binh with the name of Dohwa Green Energy Limited Company, managed by Mr. Kwak Dae Keym, foreign investment director of the Corporation.

Under the plan, the Dohwa Green Energy Limited Company will invest the two projects in Quang Binh, including an energy tablet manufacturing factory and a renewable power project in Le Thuy district (including: solar power plant with a capacity of 49.5 MW and biomass power plant with a capacity of 49.5 MW).

At present, the Dohwa Green Energy Limited Company has been issued certificate of investment, rent land with a project duration of 50 years, completed procedures for collateral security inn the amount of VND3.6 billion dongs. Besides, the Company has designed technical drawings and selected executive units to conduct site clearances and other construction in the first quarter of 2017.

The Company has also signed a contract with the Institute of Energy (Ministry of Industry and Trade) to support construction of solar power plant and coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to seek source of materials, forest planning, etc to supply for a biomass power plant.

At the meeting, representatives of related agencies and the Dohwa Green Energy Limited Company has discussed and contributed many ideas to the implementation of the project.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee stressed that the Provincial People's Committee would assist the Dohwa Green Energy Limited Company in building stone embankments and facilities outside the fence of the plant; directed related agencies to help the projects quickly put into operation.
