In the past five years, the Department of Planning and Investment has had many renovations in the implementation of emulation movements and gained great achievements, contributing to promoting general strength to successfully implement assigned tasks.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awards the merit of certificate by the Ministry of Planning and Investmetn to collectives and individuals who have made great achievements in 2009

With the great achievements obtained in five years (2005-2009), the Department of Planning and Investment was awarded Second-Grade Labor Medal by the State President; 03 collectives were awarded the merit of certificate by the Ministry of Planning and Investment; 01 collective was awarded emulation flag by the Ministry of Planning and Investment; 20 collectives were granted the merit of certificate by Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; 10 collectives were recognized the title of excellent labor collective by Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; 01 individual was awarded the merit of certificate by the Prime Minister; 02 individuals were awarded the merit of certificate by the Ministry of Planning and Investment…

Addressing at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoai, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee praised all collectives and individuals who have made great achievements in patriotic emulation movement. He stressed that the Department of Planning and Investment need to concretize emulation movements in order to complete assigned tasks, especially speed up activities in investment promotion and capital reimbursement, contributing to promoting investment for development in the coming time.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Planning and Investment was awarded the emulation flag to the Quang Binh Department of Planning and Investment and the merit of certificate to 1 collective and 2 individuals for their obtained achievements in 2009.
