The ceremony was attended by Mr Luong Ngoc Binh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr Nguyen Huu Hoai, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of departments and branches and localities in the province.

In a solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, provincial leaders offered incenses and laid a wreath of flowers in memory of heroic martyrs.

This is an opportunity for the descendants to express their deep gratitude to heroic martyrs who had sacrificed their lives and contributed to the service of the nation during the past struggle for national independence and freedom.
