The Government provides with VND22 billion and 500 tonnes of rice in relief aid for Quang Binh province
The Prime Minister also asked Chairman of the People's Committee of flood-hit Provinces to take responsibility for managing and using above donations for right objective and subject
On October 11 2007, the Prime Minister approved a Decision No.1372/QD-TTg to extract VND289 billion and 7,050 tonnes of rice from the Central Reserve Budget 2007 to support for flood-hit localities in order to repair the consequences of the Storm No.5. Of which, Quang Binh province was given VND22 billion and 500 tonnes of rice.
The Prime Minister also asked Chairman of the People's Committee of flood-hit Provinces to take responsibility for managing and using above donations for right objective and subject; concurrently, take the initiative in using the local reserve budget and mobilizing all sources of other legal finance to repair the aftermath of the flood.
