Workshop on developing tourism human resource in Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park in the period of 2011-2013

At the workshop, delegates listened to the summary report on real situation of human resource of Quang Binh tourism sector, especially in tourist sites and PNKB NP region; work of training and the plan for developing tourism human resource in PNKB NP.
The workshop also spent much time to discuss in groups with three topics, including tourist guideline and tour management; tourism service and state management on tourism; suggestion of programs to develop the capacity for tourism human resources in the period of 2011-2013.
The workshop was the opportunity to comprehensively check and evaluate the knowledge, skills and attitude of the staffs working in tourism sector in PNKB NP region and approve some main contents to deploy training activities in the next time.
