Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party's Committee, Vice Chairpersons of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee and leaders of related departments and branches also attended the meeting.

On the side of FLC Group, there were FLC President Trinh Van Quyet and General Director Le Thanh Vinh.

In the past time, with the drastic directions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party's Committee, People's Committee, departments and branches as well as the authorities of Quang Ninh and Le Thuy district, work of preparation for implementation of the FLC Quang Binh project has achieved some important results.

So far, the FLC Group has realized a total value of the project of VND 219 billion; cleared sites with more than 1,439/1,923 hectares of the project.

At present, the assessment of environmental impacts is implemented to submit to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and related ministries and agencies for approval.

Together with the project's implementation, the province has also coordinated with FLC Group to build a 4km-long road outside the fence, resettlement area, system of electricity and water supply, etc.

At the meeting, participants discussed specific measures to deal with difficulties, contributing to effectively implementing the project in the upcoming time.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party's Committee thanked FLC Group's coordination and the great efforts of all political system in the project's implementation during the past time.

He also directed the Provincial People's Committee to create all favorable conditions for FLC Group in the process of implementing the project.

On behalf of FLC Group, President Trinh Van Quyet pledged to conduct the project in accordance with its itinerary in the upcoming time and complete legal procedures as requirement.
