Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Project's Steering Board Nguyen Xuan Quang and other members also attended the meeting.

According to the Decision No.3065/QD-UBND dated August 31, 2017 of the Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of Quang Binh Provincial Public Administrative Center, the Center is under the management of the Office of Quang Binh People’s Committee and the direct management and operation of Chairman of Quang Binh People’s Committee and professional guidance from State agencies.

The center will gather counters receiving and returning results of dossiers of departments and sectors in the province, helping to serve residents and enterprises easier.

The centre will create a professional and dynamic environment to deal with administrative procedures more swiftly and effectively as well as improve citizens’ satisfaction with provincial public services.

So far, the province has had 20 departments and branches registering 22 booths for receving dossiers at the provincial Public Administrative Center.

The Department of Information and Communications has also built and implemented the software system to deal with administrative procedures at the Public Administrative Center to related agencies and units, etc.

Once being put into operation, the provincial Public Administrative Center will contribute to improving investment climate, Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI), Administrative Reform Index, Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS), Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI).

Speaking at the meeting, Head of the Project Steering Board asked the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to accelerate the progress to upgrade its office headquarter of the public adminitrative Center, striving to put the Center into operation before December 31st, 2017. The Center should synthetize to announce list of administrative procedures at the Public Administrative Center, etc.
