Receiving and meeting with the delegation were Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committtee Tran Cong Thuat, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong and representatives of related departments and branches.

On behalf of provincial leaders, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee briefly introduced on natural conditions, potentials and strengths of Quang Binh. Especially, Chairman stressed the province’s existing advantages on transport, tourism, industry, agriculture and human resource. He hoped that the province would receive cooperation and investment of the enterprises from Hyogo province in the fields such as development of cow raising project with high technology; building a coastal international-level ecotourism site, recreational area, etc.

At the meeting, General Secretary of the Japan - Vietnam Friendship Association extended his desire to boost cooperation with Quang Binh province in the fields such as development of tourism, agricultural economy, human resource training, aiming to promote socio-economic development of the two provinces.

Besides, the enterprises from Hyogo province also offered Quang Binh province to provide more information on preferential policies for foreign investors, especially administrative procedures, tax policy for cow import, fees and duration for land hire, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee applauded the working visit of the enterprise delegation from Hyogo province to seek cooperation opportunities in Quang Binh province.
Chairman pledged to create all favoravle conditions for Japanese enterprises to conduct the projects in the locality, contributing to strengthening cooperative relation between the two provinces of Quang Binh and Hyogo.

After the meeting, the delegation carried out a survey to some construction sites for the cow raising project with high technology.
