The event was attended by representatives of related departments and branches.

Implementing MoU signed on April 13th 2013 between Quang Binh Television and the Department of Information, Culture and Tourism of Khammouane province, a delegation of the Department of Information, Culture and Tourism of Khammouane province visited and had a talk with Quang Binh Television from November 8th to 11th, 2016.

Accordingly, the two sides agreed and signed MoU with major contents, including: continuously strengthening cooperation on television; implementing programme exchanges to popularize social - cultural characters of each provinces, helping boost the political, economic, cultural and social cooperation between Quang Binh province and Khammouane province; sharing experience in improving professional knowledges and management on television.

In two consecutive years of 2017-2018, the two sides will strengthen cooperation to make documentary films and reportages in order to serve people of Quang Binh and Khammouane provinces as well as Vietnam and Laos.

Besides, the Department of Information, Culture and Tourism of Khammouane province and Quang Binh Television will consult with the authorities of each province to exchange periodical working visits with every two years, aiming to tighten the solidarity and a long-term cooperative relationship.

At the invitation of Director of the Department of Information, Culture and Tourism of Khammouane province, Quang Binh Television will visit and have a working session with the Department of Information, Culture and Tourism of Khammouane province in 2018.
