In 2017, strive to mobilize US$3.5 million in aids from NGOs
Besides, the sector also selects the foreign non-governmental organizations which are eligible for legal persons and financial resources to implement aid commitments, reinforces cooperative relation with about 10 foreign non-governmental organizations registering its operations in the province, of which regularly mobilizing more than five foreign non-governmental organizations being operational in the province.
In order to complete the set targets, the Department of Foreign Affairs has built documents, defined contents of aid mobilization from foreign non-governmental organziations in accordance with the oreintations for socio-economic development and poverty alleviation programme of the province and practical situation of each agencies and localities, paid attention to the potential NGOs and advantage fields to lure source of aids, contributing to promoting poverty alleviation and socio-economic development in the province.
