In the first months of 2017, a lot of meaningful activities have been organized in Quang Binh to mark 55 years of their diplomatic relations and 40 years since the signing of the Vietnam-Laos Treaty of Friendship and Co-operation.

This is also an opportunity for the senior leaders of the two provinces to meet and exchange experience, helping further tighten the special friendship, solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries in general and the two provinces in particular.

At the talk, the two sides briefly informed of socio-economic situation of the two provinces and shared experience in the work of Party building, contributing to strengthening special solidarity and good sentiments between the two Party's Committees and people of Khammouane and Quang Binh.

Through the meetings and exchanges in the upcoming time, the organizing board of the two provinces will continue sharing a lot of experiences in the work of Party building, collaboration in promoting traditional relationship between the two parties and states, deep affections and special solidarity between the party committee and people of Quang Binh and Khammouane provinces.

This visit aimed to affirm and further boost cooperative and friendly relation between the Party Committee, authorities and people of the two provinces in the new period.
