At the talk, leaders of the two provinces of Quang Binh and Khammouane informed each other of socio-economic situation, laborers movement and trade union activities of each side; discussed and shared some experience in trade union activities between the two sides.

Also at the talk, the Provincial Labor Union and the Khammouane Provincial Federation of Trade Unions agreed to sign a cooperative agreement with three main contents: upholding tradition of solidarity and cooperation to exchange experience in trade union activities; focusing on educating workers and laborers of the two provinces to respect the law on labor management and friendship between the two nation; strengthening periodical exchanges to share experience in trade union activities.

The signing of agreement is to establish a friendly relation, exchange experience in trade union activities in the process of integration and development as well as affirm the tradition of solidarity and special friendship between the two provinces of Quang Binh and Khammouane in particular, the two countries of Vietnam and Laos in general.
