Quang Binh, Sakon Nakhon promote cooperative relations

 (Quang Binh Portal) - On March 31st morning, a delegation from Sakon Nakhon (Thailand), led by Director of the Sakon Nakhon Department of Trade had a meeting with Quang Binh province (Vietnam) to exchange cooperation on trade and investment as well as tighten cooperative relations between the two provinces.

At the meeting, representative of the Quang Binh Department of Industry and Trade popularised potential and advantages of the province in all fields of tourism; argriculture, forestry and fishery; industry and trade.

Accordingly, Quang Binh has a convenient traffic system with many tourist sites, especially the world's natural heritage site, Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park and famous cave system.

Quang Binh has two large economic zones, including Hon La Economic Zone and Cha Lo International Border Gate. With favorable topography for agricultural production, economic afforestation and sea tourism potential, the leader of the Quang Binh Department of Industry and Trade hoped that the two provinces of Quang Binh and Sakon Nakhon would continue strengthening relations in all fields, aiming to create conditions for the two sides' enterprises and investors to cooperate and develop together.

On the basis of strengths on economic development and the similar features of culture and regions, representative of the Sakon Nakhon Department of Trade also introduced potential, tourist sites, specific tourism products such as rice, medicine, wine, fabric, etc and desired the two provinces would boost cooperation to share experience in business and production development between the enterprises.

Through the meeting, the two provinces of Quang Binh and Sakon Nakhon agreed to build a long term cooperative relationship. The two sides will strengthen information exchanges, have preferential policies to promote investment and cooperation in all the fields between the two sides.
