THE ECOTOURISM RESORT OF DA NHAY

1. Project goals and project items:

- Develop a public tourist attraction with differenct functional areas: natural beaches, sports area, recreation area, restaurants;

- Diversify tourism forms, enhance the competitiveness of tourist attraction, create a driving force for tourism development in the province;

- Develop Da Nhay natural beach;

- The sports and recreation area will consist of football yard, tennis court, volleyball court, sailing area, green park and flower park along beaches.

2. Project location and project scale:

- Da Nhay area: in Thanh Trach and Hai Trach villages (Bo Trach district); on the Highway 1A from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh city. This region is divided into two areas: the northwest and the southeast of Highway 1A.

- Esimated land use area: 25 ha.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- Minimum: VND 120 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority

- The project is valued by: the Quang Binh Department of Construction

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee.
