- The investment items include: a marina, an outdoor recreation area (golf court, sports activities on the sea), a 5-6 star hotel with 500-1000 rooms, and tourism-matching activities.

- Location: on the land strip east of villages of Bao Ninh, Vo Ninh and Hai Ninh;

- Estimated land use area: 500 ha.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- Minimum: VND 2,500 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority

- The project is valued by related agencies of Quang Binh province

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee.
