The event was attended by Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Dang Quang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Cong Thuat; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai, members of the Standing Committee, leaders of departments and branches, localities and provincial-based central agencies.

Delegates cut ribbons to officially put Quang Binh Public Administrative Center into operation

Located at 9 Quang Trung street, Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh Public Administrative Center was established according to Decision No.3065/QD-UBND dated August 31st, 2017 of the Provincial People's Committee. This is the agency under the Office of Provincial People's committee with the participation of 12 specialized departments and the Provincial Management Board of Economic Zones.

At present, it has 20 counters receiving documents and giving back results, resolving 1,021 out of 1,467 administrative procedures for the citizens and organizations.

The opening of the Provincial Public Administrative Center will be an important and effective solution to renovate administrative procedures and enhance the efficiency of handing work of organizations and individuals so as to improve the quality and efficiency of public administrative services.

It also contributes to creating a professional and dynamic environment to deal with administrative procedures more swiftly and effectively as well as improving citizens’ satisfaction with provincial public services; strengthening investment attraction, improving environmental climate and promoting socio-economic development of the province.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee asked all agencies and localities in coordination with the Provincial Public Administrative Center to receive and deal with administrative procedures more swiftly and effectively, improving the citizens’ satisfaction with provincial public services.

The provincial-based press agencies should strengthen work of propaganda and announce the process of dealing with administrative procedures to citizens and enterprises, Chairman added.
