1. Location of the project

The project is located in the north of Le Loi Street, Dong Hoi City.

- On the East: It borders a planned 41m wide road.

- On the South: It borders a planned 15m wide road

- On the West: It borders a planned 21m wide road  (near Cau Rao river)

- On the North: It borders a planned 27m wide road

2. Objectives of the project

- Building a commercial center satisfying the shopping demands of Dong Hoi's residents and tourists.

- Once being completed, the center will become an attraction to tourists and contribute to developing the tourism industry of Quang Binh province

3. Scale of the project

-  Total area of land use: 03 hectares

- Including the items:

+ 01 center building (6 floors + 1 basement)

+ Other items such as: internal road, green trees, mini park, garage for cars and motorbikes.

VND 300 billion

5. Expected effectiveness of the project

- Bring high profits for investors

- At present, there are no large-scale commercial center in Dong Hoi city to serve the demand of shopping and entertainment for local residents and tourists. Once being put into operation, it will contribute to socio-economic development of Quang Binh province and promoting development of trade and services in the region.
