Quang Binh Provincial Red Cross Society and Military Command: build house of compassion for 05 poor households

(Quang Binh Website) - In order to help poor households overcome difficulties and resume their life, the provincial Military Command in coordination with the provincial Red Cross Society has recently built five houses of compassion for poor households facing housing difficulties in the province.

Concretely, they are Nguyen Van Mit in Quang Tung commune, Quang Trach district; Nguyen Van Bac in Mai Thuy commune, Le Thuy district; Phan Thi Cho in Tan Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district; Nguyen Thi Can in Lien Trach commune, Bo Trach district and Tran Van Cuong in Thach Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district.

Five houses, worth VND 30 million each, have been started construction from September of 2011. So far, the provincial Military Command and Red Cross Society have inaugurated and handed over a house of compassion to Phan Thi Cho in Quang Xa village, Tan Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district.

Under the plan, the remaining houses will be completed and handed over to households on the 67th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam People’s Army.
