Quang Binh provincial Union: hand over a compassionate house to disadvantaged household
(Quang Binh Website) - The provincial Union has recently held a ceremony to hand over a compassionate house to Pham Thi Trung who has solitary circumstance in Trung Binh village, Bao Ninh commune, Dong Hoi city.
Pham Thi Trung, age 43, is working at the provincial Children's House and is now living alone with her children. She has especially difficult circumstance and depends on her relatives for a long time.
The house has an area of 54 meters with a total cost of VND120 million, of which VND30 million financed by readers of Thanh Nien Newspaper and VND15 million contributed by the fund of the Provincial Trade Union.
This is the first compassionate house inaugurated in 2011 and is one of twenty-two compassionate houses funded by readers of Thanh Nien Newspaper.
