Quang Binh Provicnial Border Guards: donate a ton of rice to people in Lam Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district

In this trip, the provincial Border Guard Command donated a ton of rice to people in Lam Hoa, an especially difficult mountainous commune in Tuyen Hoa district. These gifts contributed to encourage people in border areas to welcome Lunar New Year and make a belief in the heart of people, contributing to help the provincial Border Guards fulfill assigned duties.
