Accompanied with Vice Chairman, there were representatives of the Management Board of Quang Binh Economic Zones, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Resources and Environment, Office of the Provincial People's Committee together with related units and localities.

During the inspection tour, leader of Quang Trach district reported on work of compensation and site clearance. Concretely, the site clearance council has handed over nearly 120 ha out of 196 ha to the Management Board of Vung Ang Oil and Gas Power Project.

Addressing the working session, Vice Chairman highly appreciated the efforts made by all levels and agencies in the implementation of Quang Trach Thermoelectric Plant Project, saying that the project management board should speed up the progress of building the plant to quickly put it into operation as scheduled plan.

This is a key project of the province so all agencies and localities need to complete site clearance in February of 2012, Vice Chairman stressed.

Vice Chairman also assigned specific tasks to related agencies to accelerate the project's progress.

Then, Vice Chairman and his delegation paid a visit to the Cosevco Building Materials Production Joint-stock Company No.1 on the occasion of early year.
