Quang Binh is advanced VND37 billion to implement the investment project of building Hon La seaport
(Quang Binh Website) - On December 25 2007, the Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung approved Official Document No. 2008/TTg-KTTH on advancing the investment capital for construction of the Hon La seaport in Quang Binh province.
Accordingly, the Prime Minister allowed Quang Binh province to be advanced VND37 billion which was extracted from the Central budget to carry out the investment project of building Hon La seaport; concurrently entrusted the Quang Binh Province People's Committee to be responsible for managing and using the advanced capital in accordance with legal regulation.
The Prime Minister aslo asked the Ministry of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Finance to allocate the capital which is supported for Quang Binh province in two years (2009-2010) by the Cental budget.
