At the ceremony, the sides discussed and agreed to sign a MOU for 2011 with some specific contents like closely coordinate in propaganda on the solidarity and friendly tradition of the Party, people and youth of Vietnam and Laos in general as well as Quang Binh and Khammouane in particular; regularly share information on activities of the youth union at all levels.
In addition, two sides will encourage and create condition for young people and enterprises to coordinate and develop production and business; speed up exchange between youth unions to share experience in working and studying; jointly organize voluntary youth activities to contribute to socio-economic development and so on.
