Members of the Department of Information and Communications vieits to the victims' families of the ferry wreck in Quang Hai commune

(Quang Binh Website) - In order to share the losses with the bereaved in the ferry wreck on the Gianh river in Quang Hai commune, on January 30 2009, the Department of Information and Communications led by Director Phan Xuan Vinh visited, consoled and donated VND3 million to the victims' families in order to help them overcome difficulties to continuously resume their life.
