- Location: ln the Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park (a world's natural heritages) 80 km away from Dong Hoi City;

- Land use area for the U Bo resort: 100 ha.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- VND 1,000 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. lnvolved agencies:

- Project owner:  the lnvestor and Quang Binh provincial authority.

- The project is valued by: the Management Board of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park;

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee
