- Preserve and develop the ecosystem;

- Develop the resort to satisfy tourists' demand, attract and keep the tourists to stay in Phong Nha - Ke Bang area;

- The project items include: a reception lounge; a reception and service centre; a hotel; a farm park; an experimental garden of temparate fruit trees; souvenir display and photograph area; emblem hills.

2. Project location and project scale:

- Location: on the Ho Chi Minh Highway West; 20km away from the centre of Phong Nha;

- Land use area for the resort and eco-recreation park: depending on the technical design of the project.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- VND 600 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. lnvolved agencies:

- Project owner: the lnvestor and Quang Binh provincial authority.

- The project is valued by: the Management Board of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park;

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee.
