Acting on State President's authority, provincial leaders awarded the title of "Teacher of Merit" to 5 teachers

At the ceremony, Director of the Department of Education and Training Doan Duc Liem delivered a speech to review the tradition of 30 years of building and developing the education and training sector.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Tran Tien Dung highly evaluated the role of teachers in the cause of education and training and praised great contributions of the educational sector to socio-economic development of the province.

Vice chairman said that the sector should bring into full play the activeness, creativity, self-study and self-training of the learners; renew method of education and training; speed up investment in facilities and equipment for teaching and studying; pay attention to improving quality of education at all levels, especially education in far-flung and remote areas.

On behalf of provincial leaders, Vice Chairman Dung sent sincere congratulations, best wishes and regards to all teachers and educational managers and expressed his hope that all teachers will overcome difficulties to successfully finish their assignments; to be a core force for the improvement of education and training quality in the education and training system, making an important contribution to socio-economic development of the province.

Acting on Prime Minister's authority, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented Certificate of Merit to excellent collectives and individuals

On this occasion, the State President conferred the title of "Teacher of Merit" to 5 teachers; the Prime Minister awarded Certificate of Merit to 4 collectives and 4 individuals; the Ministry of Education and Training presented emulation flag to 01 collectives; Certificate of Merit to 7 collectives and 11 individuals; and campaign medal for educational cause to 205 individuals; the provincial People's Committee awarded the title of "emulation fighter at provincial level" to 49 excellent individuals.
