Caught aquatic production in the 1st quarter of 2009 of Bo Trach district achieved 2,069 tonnes
(Quang Binh Website) - From late 2008 to now, the caught aquatic production has been improved thanks to advantage weather, the decrease of petrol price and the policy of supporting fuel for the fisherman of the Government.
Together with the whole province, the caught aquatic production in the 1st quarter of 2009 of Bo Trach has increased considerably, reaching 2,069 tonnes, increasing by 10.5% against the same period of 2008. Of which, the caught aquatic production achieved 1,859 tonnes, increasing by 10.1%; the cultivated and breeded fishery production achieved 210 tonnes, increasing by 13.8%.
