State President awards the title "Heroic Vietnamese Mother" to 17 mothers in Quang Binh
(Quang Binh Website) - On the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27 1947 - July 27 2009), State President Nguyen Minh Triet signed Decision No.876QD/CTN, dated June 11 2009 on awarding the title "Heroic Vietnamese Mother" to 17 mothers in Quang Binh, according to information from the Provincial Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Of which, there were nine mothers in Bo Trach district, three in Quang Trach district, one in Dong Hoi city and one in Quang Ninh district.
