Ground breaking of construction of Hai Ninh pre-school

(Quang Binh Website) - The Support Fund for Prevent Natural Disasters Prevention in the Central Provinces in coordination with the People's Committee of Hai Ninh commune on July 8 held a ground-breaking ceremony of construction of the Hai Minh pre-school (Quang Ninh district).

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang, Standing Vice-chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hai Van, Deputy Director of the Support Fund for Prevent Natural Disasters Prevention in the Central Provinces; leading representatives of Quang Ninh district, Hai Ninh commune and related units.

The project has total investment of over VND2,894 billion, of which VND 2 billion is supported from the Support Fund for Prevent Natural Disasters Prevention in the Central Provinces; the remainders are corresponding capital from local budget. The project has an area of 425 square meters including two floors with eight classrooms.

 Model for construction of Hai Ninh pre-school

The project of Hai Ninh pre-school is a significant gift that the management board of the Support Fund for Prevent Natural Disasters Prevention for Central provinces presents to cadres and people of Hai Ninh commune. Once putting into operation, the Hai Ninh pre-school will meet the demand of classroom for children at pre-school level and create a good working environment for cadres and teachers, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and studying.

Addressing the ceremony, Standing Vice-chairman thanked the Support Fund for Prevent Natural Disasters Prevention for Central provinces for the assistance and expressed his hope that in the future, the Fund would pay more attention to construction of social welfare projects in the province. Concurrently, he asked the related units to overcome difficulties to fulfill the project as scheduled plan.
