16th North Central Fine art exhibition opens
(Quang Binh Website) - 173 paintings and sculptures by 153 artists from 6 central provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue and the Vietnam Fine Arts Association are now being displayed at the 16th North Central Fine Arts Exhibition in Quang Binh provincial Museum.
The fine art exhibition, held jointly by the Vietnam Fine Arts Association and the Quang Binh provincial Literature and Arts Association will last from August 21 to August 30.
The artworks lively reflect the life's reality, patriotism, the love for life and people on different materials.
At the exhibition, the organization board awarded prizes to three best artworks. Concretely, A prize was awarded to "Trai tim cua bien" (Heart of Sea) by Pham Dinh Tien; B prize given to "Dau thoi gian" (Vestige of Time) by Dang Mau Triet and C prize given to "Dau an" (Mark) by Vo Xuan Huy.
