Provincial People’s Committee distributes 1,000 tons of rice to relieve flood hit people
(Quang Binh Website) – In order to share difficulties with flood hit people, the provincial People’s Committee has distributed 1,000 tons of rice to relieve flood hit people in seven districts and city in the province. Concretely, Minh Hoa district was given 140 tons, Tuyen Hoa 150 tons, Quang Trach 200 tons, Bo Trach 160 tons, Quang Ninh 150 tons, Le Thuy 130 tons and Dong Hoi 20 tons.
The Provincial People’s Committee assigned the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in coordination with the Binh Tri Thien Reserve Department and the People’s Committee of districts and city to hand over, receive and instruct localities to urgently deliver relief aid to flood hit people in accordance with the regulations and real situation of each locality.
