With a total investment of VND265.3 billion, the communes under Program 135 have been invested to build 260 essential projects, of which 133 traffic projects, 20 irrigational works, 24 electric projects and 39 school projects...

100% communes under the Program 135 has primary schools, 95% communes having secondary schools and more than 85% children going to school, 88.5% communes having the inter-commune road, 94.3% communes using the national electricity network.

In addition, the Program 135 has supported production capital for 116 new production models; disseminated and expanded 113 models in especially-difficult communes and villages with the participation of over 1,000 households.

In the forthcoming time, the implementation of the Program 135 for third phase (2011-2012) will continue contributing to helping ethnic groups in especially difficult communes improve their life and overcome difficulties to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty.
