The ceremony was attended by Mr Luong Ngoc Binh, Secretary of the Provincial Party’s Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr Nguyen Huu Hoai, Deputy Secretary of the the Provincial Party’s Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; members of the Standing Committees of the provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of agencies, unions and localities together with more than 1,400 members of the youth union in the whole province.

At the ceremony, provincial leaders and youths laid wreaths and burnt incense in commemoration of heroic martyrs and lighted candle at the tombs.

This was an opportunity for young descendants to express their deep gratitude to heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the national revolutionary cause.

At the same time, incense offering and candle lighting ceremonies simultaneously took place at 84 martyrs’ cemeteries to pay tribute to those who laid down their lives for the country’s independence.
