Quang Binh Red Cross Society: respond to "Tet for the poor and agent orange victims" movement
(Quang Binh Website) - On November 16, the Quang Binh Red Cross Society held a ceremony to start construction of compassion house to Mrs Dinh Thi Loc - a poor household in Dong Le village, Le Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province.

The house is worth at VND30 million which is extracted from the humanitarian fund of the Quang Binh Red Cross Society. The house is expected to complete in mid-December of lunar calendar.
This is a meaningful gift to help family of Mrs Dinh Thi Loc overcome difficulties and resume their life step by step.
On behalf of local leaders, Mr Nguyen Van Hoan, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Le Hoa commune promised that the commune will direct the contractor to complete house before the new year of 2013.
