PROJECT OF BUILDING THE EXPORT GARMENT FACTORIES

1. Location of the project

The investors may choose a place for building the factory with the following locations:

 - Location 1: Cam Lien Industrial Park, Le Thuy District.

- Location 2: Northwest Quan Hau Industrial Park, Quang Ninh District and Quang Trach District.

2. Purposes of project

Building the export garment factories with a capacity of 2.5-3 million products per year in order to satisfy the domestic demands and export.

3. Scale of the project

- Total estimated area for using land: 30 hectares.

-  Scale for construction: 

+ 03 factories at the industrial parks in Quang Ninh, Le Thuy and Quang Trach districts.

+ Each factory is installed 3-5 production lines with modern technology for export standards.

4. Total estimated investment capital

VND 100 billion

5. Type of investment  

Domestic investment, 100% foreign investment; joint venture

6. Estimated effectiveness of the project

- Bring high profits for investors.

- The project will attract and create jobs for about 1,000 employees in the localilty, contributing to improving the living standard for labourers and increasing income for local budget.

- A large number of laborers are available and are trained.

- Low labour cost will contribute to reducing the cost and improving the competitiveness of products.
