Under the plan, a design team of IFAD project for third phase led by Mr Andrew Pherson will work in Quang Binh from November 15 to 22, 2012. During this time, the design team will pay a visit and carry out a field survey to localities of Minh Hoa, Quang Trach, Quang Ninh and Le Thuy districts.
As estimated, a total expenditure of IFAD project's third phase carried out in Quang Binh and Ha Tinh provinces is USD33 million.
