HAI NINH GOLF COURT

1. Proiect goals and project items:

- Construction of a national-standard golf court to meet the requirements of tourists.

- The court is of 110 ha and has 18 holes. The project is targeted to become a golf court and also a place for recreation, relaxation and a tourist attraction.

2. Project location and project scale:

- Location: in Hai Ninh village, south of Quang Binh province, the narrowest place in Vietnam with the width of 50km.

- Estimated land use area: 110 ha.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- Minimum: VND 600 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority

- The project is valued by: the Quang Binh Department of Construction

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee.
