Cooperative agreement between Quang Binh Provincial People’s Court and Khammouane Provincial People’s Court
Receiving and meeting with the Lao delegation were Chief of the People’s Court of Quang Binh province Nguyen Thanh Xuan and some judges and cadres of the People’s Court of Quang Binh province.
At the meeting, two sides informed each other about socio-economic situation and cooperative results between the People’s Court of Quang Binh and Khammouane provinces during the past time. Two sides also exchanged some experience in fighting, preventing and judging agaist the transnational crimes.
People’s Court of Khammouane Province and Quang Binh province signed agreement.
In order to strengthen a steadfast solidarity and friendly relation between the Quang Binh Provincial People’s Court and Khammouane Provincial People’s Court, two sides inked a Memmorandum of Understanding with an aim at improving the efficiency of fighting, preventing and judging against transnational crimes, thus contributing to ensuring sercurity and social order in the region; building a mechanism to boost coordination and share information effectively; strengthening activities to exchange experience, aiming at improving capacity and promoting friendly relation and long-term cooperation between the Quang Binh People’s Court and Khammouane People’s Court…
