- Location: in Quang Phu commune, Dong Hoi city, and commune of Ly Trach, Nhan Trach of Bo Trach district.

- Total land use area: 100 ha

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- VND 50 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority.

- The project is valued by Quang Binh Department of Construction.

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial Peoples’ Committee.
