BAO NINH - HAI NINH LUXURY RESORT

1. Location of the project

Located in the eastern land of Bao Ninh, Vo Ninh and Hai Ninh communes.

2. Objectives of the project

- Build tourism area in the form of a international-standard recreation area.

- Establish a large-scale eco-tourism area; to promote potentials and advantages of the province to serve tourists with high income.

- Exploit potentials adn create conditions to connect tourism with beautiful landscapes in and out the country.

3. Scale and contents of the project

Total area: It will be identified based on specific surveys, including:

+ Build a luxury accommodation: 4-5 star hotel with 500 - 1000 rooms.

+ Yacht port

+ Outdoor entertainment area:  mini golf course, some sport activities at sea...

4. Total estimated investment

VND 600 billion

5. Estimated effectiveness of the project

- Have the potential to making high profits.

- Connect the province's landscapes to domestic and international tourism.

- Provide jobs for about 300 local laborers, contributing to improvement of local people’s life and increase of tax revenues of the province.

6. Natural conditions and current situation

- Convenient transportation.

- Nearby Nhat Le beach (one of the Vietnam's most beautiful beaches)

- Labor forces: meet the requirements of the project.

- This area has been planned to invest in building luxury resorts and amusement parks.
